    - Benefits are many - Many learning opportunities - People are smart here with 'no blame' culture

    Cons

    - only review salary and promotion yearly at May and semi-annual performance review happens at February and August. Guess what, you get the pressure of working hard to get promotion throughout the year! - office is crowded and it is not very pleasant to work in. - hard to take leave, as you have too many work to do...... - hot-desking

    Pros

    Co-workers are great and what keeps you going.

    Cons

    BCR pay offer is dodgy and is not properly explained until such time you find out it’s salary + super. Unwillingness to change for better, and always hold progress back because it’s how they used to do things. Mid-level to senior-managers are mostly clueless than useful. Forget career development, plenty of talk about up-skilling but no implementation
