Very underpaid compared to similar companies, work life balance is nearly zero at times

The company has a great culture. They pride themselves on empowering your inner entrepreneur and remaining accountable and having integrity. Great benefits (20 vacation days a year and 2 personal days and 10 sick days), also you can get up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
Cons
Though the company prides themselves on a flexible working environment, it's very common to see people work well into the night to reach deadlines. There's not a large work/life balance.

Pros
I love our office and the peope, we have a lot of events and the culture is great, we have FREE food in it too. We can work flexible hours and/or from home. Everyone gets 20 days vacation to start and we have an option to purchase more time if we want. I also am happy w my pay.
Cons
Minor thing but you have to walk to the building from a parking lot for your first year or 2 then get to park in the garage because theres limited parking in the garage.
