    Well looked after
    Great perks (over time, time in lieu, leave loading bonus)
    Relatively relaxed working environment

    Cons

    Can be a bureaucracy
    Work can be repative and mundane
    Hard to impact any sort of change, goes around in circles a lot and leads you back to the old ways of doing this that didn't work the first time
    Wouldn't say the culture is very exciting
