Pros

The most notable positive is that the company is built on lagging technology, no innovation, atrocious leadership, zero organic growth and dying revenue streams, which ultimately will all coalesce into a faster circling of the drain.

Cons

There is an extreme leadership problem that hinders any ability to function as a healthy organization. The sad reality is that key employees see the writing on the walls, recognize the opportunity cost is too large, and are the first to leave. THE key indicator for the relative trajectory of any company is the ability to attract and retain top talent. That muscle memory certainly doesn't exist here.

Magnitude's business model is to acquire obsolete technology with a marginal maintenance base, aggressive cost cutting- reducing key staff and overhead in the USA, moving development to India and re-branding as new products. Magnitude is solely focused on equity ownership's EBITDA. Don't expect innovation or investment in new solutions.

Cons

Magnitude suffers from inferior product portfolio of acquired, ancient, disparate, technology to the rapidly declining legacy on-premise ERP market), led by management that has no major software provider or cloud experience (check Linkedin Bio's of Magnitude Leadership), low compensation, poor work/life balance, high turnover and a toxic culture, led "old boy Texas" senior management team.

High level of politics at managerial level. Incompetent and spineless manager with whom I worked. Voices of the employees never travel to higher management. Even if it does , it never comes back. High level of managerial skills for keeping the team in darkness. No professional growth. More personal discussions rather than professional. Note: Do not join the Bangalore office
