Pros
Interesting work and experience. If you're a new graduate, this is a great place to get some experience and build your resume. People are fun to work with, tight group, and there's a great work life balance.
Cons
Management gives very poor instructions lacking detail. Often redo the same work over and over again because management's directions are very unclear. The theme is "I'll know it when I see it" vs "I want this."
