    Motivated young, energetic team that get to work on some really interesting projects with a wide variety of businesses in differernt industries.

    Cons

    High paced work environment, which some people don't handle.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to investigate ways to improve marketing packages to ensure the business is paid for all of the work we do.

    Pros

    There are so many benefits of working here at Marketing Sweet each and every day is an opportunity to learn and develop my own marketing skills.
    We have loads of company events like mini golf, lawn bowls and even company dinner nights.
    If you asked me what the 3 main reason why you would work at Marketing Sweet they would be....
    1# Company culture.
    2# Opportunity to grow and develop your own business and marketing skills.
    3# Working for a boss who cares about each of his employes.

    I will be honest it's not just a 9 to 5 job so if your looking to clock in and out it might not be for you, but if your look for an opportunity to be involved with a company that is growing at a rapid rate and want something more than just a job but an amazing career and exciting future, this has to be the place for you.

    seriously no cons working at Marketing Sweet.

    Advice to Management

    Every Wednesday should be pizza Wednesday

    - Dynamic work environment allows you to be more involved in projects.
    - A young and diverse team working together
    - A flat organisational structure filled with friendly and supportive management

    - The result driven approach can be stressful at times.
    - You have to be versatile and be ready to take on any challenge which is a gold mine for the career oriented

    Advice to Management

    It would be great if they focus more on the processes as much as results. (Project management tools, formal performance appraisals etc.)

    Pros

    Constantly learning the ins and outs of businesses. Its really interesting being able to have knowledge and understanding of the different markets out their and being able to propose advantageous marketing strategies to grow his/her business.

    Cons

    High result performance job, constantly need to reach KPI's which can be pressuring at times but its good to never be too comfortable in your own shoes.

    Provide advice and strategical information on how the employee can take their performance to the next level.

    Exciting place to work. Constantly learning and being encouraged to stretch ourselves every day. Vibrant and fun culture around the office. If you want to develop skills in a variety of areas over a short period of time, this is the place to be.

    Cons

    A lot is expected in terms of giving 100% effort, as the business is growing. If someone is looking for an easy job, this is not it.

    Great place to work. Fast paced and exciting. You learn a lot and the director is always looking to improve processes and customer experience.

    Cons

    It's not for the clock on clock off 9-5 kinda people. It's a place to developer skills and take yourself to the next level. Hard work and commitment is a definitely a requirement.

    They are learning and adapting
