    Pros

    Very big department store so you are never bored and always have customers to interact with.

    Cons

    You have to wear uniform, which is not bad but some people might prefer a more relaxed working environment.

    Pros

    Staff were all lovely and so were the customers. Management dealt with my queries and time off requests efficiently. I was happy with the online and face to face training I received and my colleagues were always there to help if needed.

    Cons

    I asked for part time hours as I had a second job but received full time hours around Christmas.
