Pros
It was a rather energised environment / culture. Co-workers try to be communicative and friendly. There were the cliques and office politics but not displayed openly. Generally acceptable environment to work for money to pay your bills kind of place.
Cons
Because of the diverse cultures, cliques were formed. Even if a middle management staff was incompetent, you either just obeyed entirely or be scrutinised daily for anything.
