    Talented engineers. Good roadmap. Good benefits. Competitive salary. HQ is in good location. Don't know what right any more to fit 20 words minimum

    Not so talented middle management lead to bleeding talent. I need to put something here to meet 20 word minimum

    The place was bad when Jack Gifford was around, but under Tunch the wheels came off.

    I have been working at Maxim Integrated for less than a year

    Pros

    Many smart coworkers. Decent benefits.

    Cons

    Executives constantly change strategy and don't appear to have clear vision. Lots of indiscriminate layoffs cause work on the ground to be really difficult. Decision makers don't listen to those on the ground.

    Pros

    The company provides not the best, but pretty good benefit compare to other companies that I've heard of. Good working atmosphere among colleagues.

    Cons

    Very aggressive project schedules and pushy upper management teams. Constantly under pressure.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunity to learn and to grow. There are lot of opportunities inside the company.

    Cons

    Too much politics going on forcing good employees to leave. Too much re-org and uncertainty. Too afraid that you might be fired soon
