I have been working at McDonald's

    Pros

Organisation of all business titles are immensely proficient. All staff are well trained and have the access to free and globally recognised achievements and certificates

    Cons

Faster the food the more inaccurate it can be, customers seem to complain over little things instead of looking at other point of views

    Advice to Management

Being a manager isn't about being the boss; it's about being a leader and being the role model to whoever under you.
