I worked at McDonald's Australia part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You can gain a lot of experience working for the first time
    Discounts
    Make new friends from crew
    Flexible hours

    Cons

Rude managers who are demanding and abusive.
On many occasions, especially during busy times, I and other crew were screamed at by multiple different managers.
They don't give you shifts if you are 'too expensive' and give it to the new crew who are a year or 2 younger than you are.
Not appreciative and on an occasion, I was not paid the amount with the hours that I did, was not resolved when I asked for it to be amended.

    Advice to Management

    Respect crew
Literally inciting fear into crew when managers are rude and aggressive.
