    Great place to work with excellent training, just don't work maintenance.

    Cons

    Once you're older than 18 the idea of getting cross trained in an area other than the one you're working in is laughable.

    Pros

    Great training and opportunities for growth

    Cons

    Bad people culture. Wrong people promoted due to who they are friends with as opposed to who is actually good at their job. Mistreatment of employees, once they get older as they cost more compared to younger employees their shifts are reduced significantly etc.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your people better and you wont lose the good ones so frequently.

    learn teamwork skills and leadership, can move further through mcdonalds with supplied certificates

    most of the crew are lazy or trained badly

    make sure your trainers are training properly and review each crew individually

    Pros

    Good starting point for a teenager.

    Cons

    Unrealistic expectation from the consultant, lazy management, lack of penalty rates, consultant and the area manager talks too much but they do not know how to do the job.

    Advice to Management

    Come and work on the floor and then talk.
