I have been working at McDonald's Australia part-time

    Pros

You get what you put into your job, putting in effort during your shifts means that you can gain promotions such as crew trainer fairly quickly.
The work is simple to learn, and there is only a few set tasks to do generally.
Great place to learn to work with a team of people you may not necessarily know.
Staff discount is good, and very useful during breaks.

    Cons

Long shifts can be hard, you may feel burnt out or exhausted by a few hours.
Some crew members don't care at all, so you may end up having to carry for them (or giving up yourself I guess)

    Advice to Management

Setting specific tasks during downtime is the best way to keep your crew working, otherwise the crew tends to relax too much and are less willing to work later when it gets busy.
