I worked at McDonald's Australia part-time for more than a year

      Pros

      - fast-paced environment where get to talk with lots of people - most managers were quite supportive of my development in the role - great way to develop interpersonal skills

      Cons

      - roster was a little inflexible, and I was scheduled in at quite undesirable hours (although understandable that high-school students would be allowed more reasonable times)

      Advice to Management
