    Pros

    Salary, Team Work, Busy Environment, Excellent training on offer and flexible.

    Cons

    If you’re a quick learner and you like a busy environment there aren’t a lot of cons besides a few disgruntled customers.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with the respect they deserve, remember no one is perfect and create an amazing culture so everyone enjoys coming to work and feel like they belong.

    I have been working at McDonald's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    best Thing is crew and good experience learnt in a short amount of time, I learnt how to make coffee etc

    Cons

    It’s really hard to get into management in my store but I can’t say for all McDonald’s stores

    you keep busy and the day goes quick
    the pay was reasonable
    the people i worked with were nice

    they cared to much about sales and not asking how you were
