    Pros

Learn many things if you're willing to learn. Get to learn how to take orders, drive through order taking, presenting, McCafe, and back area.. make some burgers! If you're good enough chances are you will get promoted. Become a crew trainer or even a manager yourself.

    Cons

The place I work at, not really that great in managing, managers are very bias towards their favs but other than its ok i guess
