    I worked at McDonald's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working here is all about teamwork, in all seriousness, it's a great place to solidify your mental competency towards others.
Perks of discounted food, make great friends, hone in many customer service skills.
Great place to learn how to make coffee.

    Cons

You get some really crap customers who will say and do stuff to you that make you want to cry but it really just teaches you how rough the outside world is.
    Pay is alright.
Can be some tough managers who just make your shifts horrible.
Scheduling is quite lenient but can be absolutely ridiculous sometimes. I was scheduled during school time.
