I have been working at McDonald's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

McDonald's is a great first job. You get 50% off before, during, and after a shift, otherwise, you receive 20% at all stores at all times. And when part-time or full-time you get plenty of hours. It's great as a first job as you can have a very flexible availability to work around school, hobbies, and your social life.

    Cons

I started working at McDonald's when I was 15 and am now currently 17, it was great to start with but now it's not so much. Casuals also tend to get very irregular hours.
