    Its a good thing to work at this kind of places which goes busy and busy.

    Its very challanging work that serving thr food to customers as soon as possible without wasting their time.

    Giving a job to workers is not only that they work on their time but they should be look proffesional workers or staff members and the main thing is that team work, if we work together we will passout all the tough situation or else we can challange every situation easily.

    - Great training programs
    - Challenging

    Cons

    - Pay is very low
    - Long hours
    - Go home smelling like oil and old fries
    - Not many incentives given
    - Many employees are young teenagers so management will take advantage of that by breaking EBA agreements to save money if they’re not aware of their entitlements.

    Advice to Management

    Turn some of your focus off making money and onto looking after your staff.
