Disapproves of CEOI have been working at Mecca part-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Good benefits (discounts and gratis), good communication from head office down to a store level - staff are well informed on company activity and decisions, good education and development opportunities
Cons
Terrible diversity within executive management team, and not enough importance placed on sustainability and reducing environmental impact. Company is incredibly straight and white and staff who do not fit this mould are overlooked and underappreciated
Pros
Discount, gratis, creative environment, good job while studying (but not your forever job)
Cons
Management, hours, stability, lack of opportunities

Pros
- Staff discount is good - Coworkers are nice

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Mecca part-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Gratis and discount. Had to add at least 5 words.
Cons
-Career development is non existent unless you're favoured. Your ability, hard work and talent will mean nothing if someone else is friendly with management, even when they're completely incompetent and McDonald's would sack them. -Wildly varying levels of professionalism -no work life balance. -Stop line to report bullying and mistreatment is a joke. -Don't bother reporting anything, they don't care.
