Pros
I started as a new grad RN here on a Med/Surg unit and felt supported by my coworkers. I could ask questions and get support. I feel like I'm listened to when I have concerns.
Cons
I don't think the downsides are related to LBMC specifically - it's just that bedside nursing is hard. Lots of people left, especially during COVID. But our staffing levels are still decent.

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great nurses, good pay, variety of patients from the community. Trauma Center
Cons
Benefits are reduced as a part-time employee, no short-term disability is offered. Hospital doesn't put money back into improvements, cosmetically or equipment, except for Miller's. Physicians need a lot of reminders to do their jobs and lack support to nursing staff. Many open manager positions and not many managers stay long.
