Pros
Many of the employees work so hard to serve the patients. Rewarding work for some of the neediest patients. Good benefits. Changes to staffing structure initiated by Operations Manager have been positive.
Cons

Bullying, politics, micromanagement and manipulation by entrenched office staff has undermined patient care and caused field nurse employees to avoid the office whenever possible due to a toxic work environment. Mandatory employee use of PTO or unpaid days to support budget due to low census.
