The founders are credible and serious professionals. It's a great place as an opportunity for growth. Friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Cons
The nature of startup work requires that you actively rescope your responsibilities whilst tracking company priorities — some may find this challenging.

The interview process was one of the best I've been through. Every person I spoke with was genuinely interested in getting to know me - not just checking boxes. The team was supportive, welcoming, and gave me a real sense of what working here would actually be like. My recruiter Will was fantastic - he made sure I felt prepared for each stage and shared valuable, specific feedback after every round. You could tell the team actually cares about the candidate experience.
Cons
The process has a few stages so it takes some time (around 3 weeks for me which is still faster than most other companies), but honestly each step felt purposeful and gave me a better understanding of the role and team.
