    - Good wage if you're coming while crunch times

    - Low quality expectations - Terrible pipeline and methodology (ironic) - Non-existent personal growth opportunities and management

    There are really talented supervisors and artists here, and a great production crew.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't know how to run a studio of this type in Los Angeles.

    I worked at Method Studios for less than a year

    Pros

    Paid overtime, overtime dinner meals supported by company, positive work environment, good distribution of work with realistic schedules, cool projects, room to grow and move, clean building, diverse staff, encouraging management

    Cons

    Nothing out of the usual but doesn't control completely what projects they'd receive so that can be slightly stressful when contracts are running close to the end date, but this is industry standard with contracts.

    Breakfast, nice facility, fellow artist are nice.

    Corporate, too much email communication, too little face time with people in charge.

    Depending on the department you are in there are some cool peeps there.

    Cons

    It has become very corporate, now being owned by Deluxe Studios.
