Some nice people, decent location, interesting technologies

Cons

Totally abusive of salaried employee work hours, excessive off hours work, poor information sharing, and much more pressure to find work arounds than to solve problems. No respect for vacations, family events, or sleep.

Erickson will not be capable of salvaging any good traits of Metratech. The Pros are none, until the Company unloads Metratech Admin.

Cons

Read earlier reviews on Metratech. All true. Affairs and alcoholic became more important than work or employees home life. Administration shared confidential emails. Erickson will not be capable of peaking any interest until these issues are addressed properly. No charity pictures or company functions, w/o alcoholic in background will suffice. Too many past employees and their families have anything positive to say about Metratech. Became a playground for all. Married men caught in parking garage with Ivy League college graduate. Metratech is a joke!

Pros

Nice, very bright and conscientious people. Superior workplace location.

Cons

Arbitrary, haphazard management. Some sudden layoffs, followed by management denial that anything was different. Also lost a lot of great people and talent through frustration and lack of advancement prospects. Long hours for engineers. Multiple issues with legacy product.
