      Pros

      easy jobs that if you show up you will be able to keep.

      Cons

      low pay, nobody takes their jobs very seriously. Management just plays favorites for promotions - Date somebody who is managing or full-time and you'll be ahead of everyone in no time

      Good perks (free gym membership, discount hotel room 1x/year, discount passes for activities), management team actually cares about their employees, great people all around.

      Cons

      Owner is strict, gets a little boring when no customers are around.
