1. High OT pay and boss will approve OT easily. 2. Able to learn and do many things independently.

Cons

1. Toxic people. Maybe due to strict customers, problematic people that hold high position and stressful production working style. 2. Bad management. Being assigned to tasks that are supposed to be done by other field's people. Had to deal with unnecessary things and people at bad timings. 3. Need to learn many things independently from the ground up. High turnover rate, good ones left or thinking of leaving)
