I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Tickets to games -Pay is good/competitive -Travel with company -Benefits -Reimbursement program

    Cons

-Weak bonus & no commission -If you are POC &/or a female in this industry... good luck getting promoted - There’s a succession plan but no one helps you gain experience to prepare for the next role so even if you are successful at your current role they will tell you aren’t experienced enough for the next so bottom line is there’s no room for growth and that’s why turn over is increasing

    Advice to Management

-Improve internal application process. Also provide an actual way for employees to gain experience to prepare for the next role. And don’t pay new incoming reps hirer starting salaries than the reps that have been with the company for a longer period of time.

Current Employee - Delivery Driver in Denver, CO

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are friendly. The tractors are nice. Pay is ok to start.

    Cons

You'll never get a proper raise. You'll always have extra stops on your trailer that belong on another route. People in Leader positions are cool but lazy as heck. You have to wear a jet black polyester shirt as uniform no matter what the temp outside is.There is zero effort to stop customers (liquor store owners, bar or restaurant owners, back door receivers) from disrespecting or belittling you.

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay for drivers who have been there for multiple years, more the .69 cents. Confront and stop the customers from treating your drivers badly. Stop doubling up the work loads for drivers who work harder then others without making sure it doesn't compromise their lives outside of work first.

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Three free cases of beer per month, plus an extra case on your birthday.

    Cons

Sales continue to decline. Your individual manger will greatly influence your time at the company. There are great managers and then managers that should have never been promoted.

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Thus far the experience at MillerCoors has been great. The people here challenge one another to be better. I am excited to see where this takes me in the next upcoming years.

    Cons

There are so many departments and getting alignment from internal stakeholders can be a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing & keep an open mentality for change.

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 8 years

I have been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

lots of training and development, fun job and work culture, flexibility with schedule, PTO and vacations are great, BEER IS AWESOME

    Cons

the more relocatable you are the more room for growth, not as much if you are not willing to move. Large company so you really have to put yourself out there to get noticed. Can consume a lot of your time so its important to create your own healthy work life balance.
