I have been working at Mitchells & Butlers full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free shares, share save scheme, 33% discount, ability to swap shifts, transfer pubs easily

    Cons

Rotas often posted the night before they’re needed, shifts changed with 48 hours notice, some GM and RBMs absolutely useless in terms of running/staffing the business and dealing with or even just listening to issues employees have.
