I worked at Mobilitie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits for full time employees. They offer quarterly bonuses if your department meets monthly forecasts for the client. Hard working and well educated workforce dedicated to the Sprint small cell deployment. There are some great people who work here and that was by far the best part of working at Mobilitie.

    Cons

They play the blame game and entry level workers bear the brunt of it. Multiple mass layoffs. You are always wondering whether the company is stable and management is not transparent about the company's position. There are minimal professional development opportunities at Mobilitie and human resources is non existent. They make sure to take care of the favorites and chances to work on new projects go to workers with experience. Regulatory compliance issues could be impacting the company's chances for new deployment projects.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent. Develop a more robust human resources department and invest in career and professional development resources for workers.

I have been working at Mobilitie full-time

    Pros

Nice office with free water and coffee.

    Cons

Lack of transparency. Fear of layoff. People will be here one day and the next day they will be laid off once major client asks to reduce head count. High turnover leads to instability and loss of knowledge. Most of the staff has been at the firm a year or less. Low staff morale. No planning, just constant fire drills. Dishonest management and HR. You cannot access Glassdoor website from office because company has been banned due to fake reviews HR asked staff to post in order to get people to work at the firm.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent and honest with staff.
