I have been working at Mondelēz International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

They have expensive systems and look at ways to constantly change

    Cons

They have moved just about every role they can to India and keep skeleton staff here to do the odds and ends. Pay is far less than market. There’s no career growth in Australia.

I have been working at Mondelēz International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Good Brands - Good People who are leaving in droves - Some Managers are very understanding in regards to flexible work.

    Cons

    - Low pay compared to the rest of the market with a very complex merit system to ensure ability to keep underpaying (increases less than inflation in some instances) - Complex tax model which has meant a lot of complex systems and ways of working have been put in place. This means a lot of non-value add activity. - Function silos with conflicting KPI's causing a lot of tension between functions and stalls progress. - Absent HR function who are hamstrung by Regional Systems. 7 weeks to hear back on internal interviews and then receiving no feedback from the hiring manager. - Business Leaders too far separated from daily ways of working and the impact of decisions to everyday process. - Lack of resource in R&D , Business Development, Procurement and ISC leading to a funnel of work. - Zero offsite engagement or training for Associates unless in Commercial or Sales.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Mondelēz International full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Used to be good for career development under Cadbury as we were one whole unit moving forward

    Cons

Under Mondelēz every department and it’s departments gave their own agendas. The only thing the company isn’t interested in is actually making the products. Lowest morale I have ever seen and getting worse by the day at some Australian plants.
