    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Mondelez International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Was able to deliver training and support to develop staff into successful higher le el roles.

    Good wages

Job security if on production floor

    Cons

Excessive production efforts required to meet conflicting kpi’s between planning and operations.

    Excessive red tape for everything

Excessive reliance on casual or contract labour in departments to hide actual running costs

Incompetent staff at all levels have become a burden as they remain in their positions without development.

    Advice to Management

Do not let morale continue to sink.

Talented staff will continue to move on much sooner and the production targets will not be met.

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Used to be good for career development under Cadbury as we were one whole unit moving forward

    Cons

Under Mondelēz every department and it’s departments gave their own agendas.
The only thing the company isn’t interested in is actually making the products.

Lowest morale I have ever seen and getting worse by the day at some Australian plants.

    Advice to Management

    Stop kidding yourself.

Wasting money on pretty charts instead of spending time and money on the lime helps nobody.

Conflicting kpi’s have is going back and forth at great cost and for what?

What happened to the idea of sustainable
