I worked at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Decent salary and good initiatives to learn more about finance within the firm.

    Cons

The ground problem is with the management, especially the team of Collateral Management where the higher management is biased, always favour the ones going out with them to have drinks/other stuff. Those who like to keep personal and work life different, their lives would be a living hell here. Unless you curryfavour the senior management, your annual review could get impacted and you would also get poor quality projects. Although Morgan Stanley as a firm has great values and several initiatives, it seems like the higher management a few teams in Mumbai Athena office do things in their own local way.

I have been working at Morgan Stanley full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Senior management takes feedback and works on them. Working hours is good, they encourage employees to leave on time.

    Cons

Very biased towards grad hires and they have too much open politics. Compensation is very bad, you get good only in the first year of your tenure. Most of the times, senior management takes decisions that are not in favor of the employees.
