It shows in their poor performance and judgement along with their frequently changing decision making on how anything should be handled. The current president is nothing like the one before and some of his AVPs and managers are elitist who have claimed that Japanese DNA is above others. They are hypocrites who hire non Japanese to get to their communities because they know they cannot do it as Japanese yet make you feel less for not being Japanese.
