      Pros

Great Opportunities and great environment People are generally very good and understanding Flexible working hours The company's commitment and values to the customer are very good. This is however mostly limited by the technology used (out of date - no longer competitive).

      Cons

Business have hit some major problems - Royal Commission has uncovered lots of ill practices over the years. This however is noticeably under repair which is good, although lots to catch up on when compared to competitors. In the end, although managers are understanding, it is important to hit KPIs, and sometimes the expectations are not realistic. Hard work and dedication is not always rewarded.

      Cons

some call centres try to reduce staff turnover by making it hard for them to leave, e.g. micro-management, telling other areas to not hire their staff or only hire a maximum of one, telling their staff that they can only leave if they specify what role and area they want to work in the future on their monthly discussion/waiting for a job vacancy in that area/hope you're lucky enough to get hired, etc.
