      Their only strategy is restructuring

      Pros

You get good exposure to all sorts of projects, large and small across different areas

      Cons

Their main strategy is restructuring to cut costs. Each time simply reversing the model eg centralise, then decentralise, then matrix, then centralise again. Majority of senior leaders are very ego-centric and are all about themselves. There's an excessive fake niceness about everyone and things take forever to get done due to the hunger for 1:1 engagement and time 'to be on the journey'. Apalling the damage to employee's psyches and wellbeing by putting through multiple 'spill & fill' restructures a year

Full of Political bias and resistance from across teams

      Pros

      Good trainings and work flexibility.

      Cons

Full of political bias. You have good relations, u sustain. No recognition for work. Every team creates hurdles as they don’t want to work. Good luck with career enhancement if u wish by visible work. Doesn’t matter even if only u have performed and made project working. Very bad culture if u are honest and working kind of person who literally delivers results. And yes, restructure would get u out. If you don’t play politics. Did I mention they pay peanuts. And yes their way of saying ‘Base Salary’ to the world actually includes ‘Base plus Super’.
