Security Ethical employer Values based organization run and supported by professionals in their fields.

Cons

NATO works hard to be an employer of choice. The only con is the location and security threats in mission locations.

Large official income. Unlimited discretionary funds. Hardly any accountability.

Cons

It's so far above the "burn before reading" secret level. As the saying goes "if I told you what l do l would have to exterminate your whole country and then some..."

NATO yes, but stay away from NCI Agency!

Pros

Good salary, many other benefits incl. tax free status. If not in NCIA, then a stable future, and very good work - life balance. Lot of traveling.

Cons

In general chance of deployment into warzone. For NCIA lack of stability (low chance of renewal of the initial 3-year contract) very strict rules about trainings (max. 5days/year). Organisation focused on building-up it's upper management only not the real work force, which results in overloaded technical personel.
