    I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    There is a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance. People that work in your own department on your own level are nice for the most part because you are all miserable together.

    Cons

    Everything else. The managers and the owner are awful. Benefits are the worst, and they don't warn you about them before you are hired. Not bad if you don't mind micro-managers and things changing every day I guess.

    The people! The managers! The patients! This is a wonderful place to work if you love the feeling of making a difference.

    Cons

    My daycare is too far away, but thinking of switching my kids to the one in the same office complex.

    Pros

    There is a Dunkin Donuts next door.

    Cons

    Management, Micromanaging, Cheap, Misleading, Pay is poor, Raises are few if any, poorly written and selectively enforced policies, terminate employees when they feel like it with out reason (to save money, or decide to eliminate a new position after 4 months of creating it), nepotism, benefits, working conditions, job descriptions/expectations or lack there of, HR manager is a waste of a person. Upper management is extremely unsupportive and does not trust any of their employees. They will lie to you and promise you the world when you come onboard but in actuality they care little about you and treat you like a child. People are hired into positions with absolutely no background experience and then terminated for poor performance. There are spies everywhere watching what you are doing and if they feel you dont have enough work they will assign you a task that has absolutely nothing to do with your position. There is no succession planning for any of their positions and therefore no opportunity for promotion. The benefits are extremely pricey even for todays economic climate and offer little to no coverage. The owner has no intention of changing them and when offered opportunities does not want to be bothered.
