    I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    There is a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance. People that work in your own department on your own level are nice for the most part because you are all miserable together.

    Cons

    Everything else. The managers and the owner are awful. Benefits are the worst, and they don't warn you about them before you are hired. Not bad if you don't mind micro-managers and things changing every day I guess.

    Advice to Management

    They wouldn't take advice anyway so why bother.

    Pros

    The people! The managers! The patients! This is a wonderful place to work if you love the feeling of making a difference.

    Cons

    My daycare is too far away, but thinking of switching my kids to the one in the same office complex.

    Advice to Management

    Great job hiring great people to collaborate with. Homecare is amazing.

    Cons

    Management, Micromanaging, Cheap, Misleading, Pay is poor, Raises are few if any, poorly written and selectively enforced policies, terminate employees when they feel like it with out reason (to save money, or decide to eliminate a new position after 4 months of creating it), nepotism, benefits, working conditions, job descriptions/expectations or lack there of, HR manager is a waste of a person.     Advice to Management

    My advice is get your stuff together and actually do something to better these things, stop pretending they dont exist and your company is great. Look at your turnover, look at your growth or lack there of(heathcare is booming and you are just making a little more each year), your business may be expanding but its not growing-your just hiring more people and pretending it is.
