    Pros

You can earn a paycheck on a weekly basis. There is a Dunkin Donuts around the corner. I'm trying really hard to fill in this box for the 20-word minimum.

    Cons

It is a highly paranoid, belittling environment that begins at the very top. You must be a mindless "yes" person, take whatever role you are given within the company, which can change on a dime and regardless of what you were promised at the interview. You must enjoy being micro-managed in a way that can only be described as suffocating and mentally tortuous by those who have lived within a bubble of dumb for far... too many years. You must enjoy the feeling of being in a POW camp during 8:30 to 5:00 each day for five days of the week, every single week. If there is a positive review in any shape or form in any forum regarding any branch or department of NBN, it is because a family member found another way to post one or someone was cornered in a cubicle and forced to do it. Do not let the revolving door of employees hit you in the head on your way in or out.

    Advice to Management

It is plain that looking in the mirror to find fault there will never happen. It is a culture, or more like a cult, of fear and intimidation. The lifers who stay are missing a chip in their brains and lost or never had any self-respect or self-confidence. It is rampant and flagrant psychological emasculation. Not all employees are out to get you. The workplace is creepy and unwelcome. Nothing changes because... management refuses to change. "Management" is a misnomer because there is no managing of anything. After three decades of this, It is proof that "management" has and will never learn a thing from the perpetual revolving door of new and old hires.

I have been working at NBN Infusions full-time

    Pros

My work is challenging and rewarding. The compensation is competitive. My co-workers are among the most hard-working, caring, friendly and helpful people anywhere. I feel valued and respected. They encourage a culture of respect by encouraging us to write notes of recognition for each other which are read aloud at the morning "huddle". They provide lunch once per quarter. Sometimes before a holiday they let us leave... an hour or 2 early with pay. And the work day FLIES by - never boring.

    Cons

The employee share of the health benefits is a little high. I'm not sure - this may be standard for a company this size.
