Pros

Good work environment, but only in Redding office.

Cons

It's an unstable company with almost no transparency outside the board room. C-level attention was on new products instead of fixing the product which comprised 90% of core business. CEO switch happened shortly before I left the company so it may be better now.

Pros

I enjoyed almost all of the people I worked with, and thought that in general the overall mission of the company was a good one.

Cons

Not enough attention paid to maintaining the product line, too many new product ventures (instead of maintaining existing products), major management missteps, and unfortunately very poor execution on some otherwise good ideas.

-Fantastic work environment with great people -networking -skill and resume building -extraordinary in house mgmt. great office.

Cons

Sometimes being in Redding, away from Headquarters, was like being an amputated limb of the company. We worked really hard and I don't think it necessarily paid out the way it shouldve in the end. At points MGMT at HQ felt very shady/dishonest, and never held up to timelines and/or promises.
