      Training and induction programme was superb.

      When having to take time off for childcare for a couple of sickness bugs and flu: couldn't your wife be doing that? I have a disability. "Your file doesn't say anything about a disability, only that you have a chronic illness".

      The only solid thing here is the NIBE ownership – everything else is collapsing

      Cons

      Extremely poor local leadership with no strategic direction or accountability. A workplace culture defined by fear, pressure, and silence. Skilled employees are leaving in waves, while top performers are ignored or pushed out. Vacation pay and other earned benefits are withheld from resigning staff – completely unprofessional and borderline unlawful. No real HR presence or functioning employee support structures. Despite plummeting results, NIBE seems absent – there’s no visible governance or corrective measures being taken.
