    Pros

Good people, reasonable hours, great views, Technologically pretty savvy.
Nice location, collegial atmosphere. Easy access to all levels of people in Company

    Cons

Modest salaries, limited bonus in IT. Limited breadth of Capital markets exposure.
At time decision making process constrained in speed by Semi Government nature

    Advice to Management

Keep people in one building if at all possible. Make sure to keep up the excellent level of communications in the Town Hall process.

    Pros

Interesting work, all decisions flow through Treasury before the money button's pushed.
Time served looks good on resume especially if a career with Gov is planned. Also one of the few areas where there is the real chance of moving to the private sector - especially banking.

    Cons

    Lots of them:
    - poorly paid
    - culture of "no"
    - generation divide challenges open plan design
    - mind numbing routines

    Advice to Management

Bring back the economists. Teach people the etiquette of open plan activity based offices (e.g. loud conversations)
