      Awesome staff and some great leaders in certain areas of the business.

      Lots of red tape. Some employees get away with doing very little work

      Lots of Inequities

      Pros

      Stable paycheck with decent salary ranges. Hard to get fired even when not performing.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance. Hard work is not rewarded. Upper management favors friends even without experience. Inequality in pay. Lots of red tape on projects.
