I have been working at Nando's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Really amazing team environment. Pretty good pay along with free meals and bi-annual work parties.

    Cons

In rush hour it's pretty hectic. Some areas of the restaurant just don't work well.

I have been working at Nando's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Free meals for staff(only benefit)

    Cons

Significantly under paid. When I initially applied my manager assured me I was to make a certain wage. Then left me surprised when my rate was $5 lower than the base for my age.

I worked at Nando's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get free meal every shift, thats about it

    Cons

Management is horrible, do not care if you have outside commitments, always want you to work and constantly calling you to work other restaurants during off days. Do not listen to staff or customers. Horrible place to work especially for minimum wage.

I worked at Nando's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the team members were nice and I got a free meal based on how many hours I worked.

    Cons

The team motivation didn't feel natural, the workload was enormous for the little pay, I was coming home late from work even though I hadn't been warned about it during the interview - if I knew, I wouldn't choose to work for this company. I managed to change 5 different job positions in less than 2 weeks, and I was suitable for all of them, but the potential pay raise wasn't an option for the time of the trial period which was 3 months...This meant that you wouldn't be able to "grow" in your career during that period, not taking into account how good you are.

  10. "Good place for a part time job"
