Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Flexibility (team/manager dependent) - you may not have flexibility if your boss is terrible
Cons
It has steadily gone downhill in the last 5-6 years - you are constantly asked to do more than the previous financial year with less. You have to leave to earn more Very anglo - you don't see many ethnic people in high positions They want more and more and do not resource the teams well. Their hiring is abysmal and anyone competent ends up carrying the team on their back.

I have been working at National Australia Bank
Pros
Company has some of the most experienced and capable professionals that can be hired in the industry. Most of the employees generally have a good attitude towards in getting the job done right.
Cons
I worked in an area where Agile is a huge problem when delivering IT projects". Unrealistic timeline expectation from business case to project delivery and this has created big discrepancy which resulted low business confidence. There is a resistance in middle management for the deployed solution due to operation cost funding issue to consume /support the solution. Has seen workplace bullying behaviour before, and HR has not dealt with the issue appropriately and covered up. The victim left the company with a bad appraisal.
