My immediate was a positive and supportive environment. We propped each other up for many years and during multiple leadership spills and repoints.

While the customer culture at NAB is amazing in the customer facing business, working within HR for 10 years and found that the GM and EGM level did not listen to the front line employees, or the feedback their own HR staff were providing them about the discount between HR and the business. HR at NAB is not commercially minded.
