I have been working at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great employee benefits, work life balance, longevity etc. Enormous size means lots of opportunities.

    Cons

Has slid from #1 to #4 in the market due to indecisiveness and lacking a commercial edge on delivering and executing its strategies.

I have been working at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Large scope of work that is engaging, financial analysis, relationship management and some admin. Good opportunities present for progression. Culture is very good.

    Cons

Systems can be very difficult to navigate. Regulation of industry can make it difficult to deliver seemingly simple requests. Can be stressful at times.

I have been working at National Australia Bank full-time

    Pros

There is a lot of support for flexible working hours, working conditions and locations, and from my experience they definitely care about your wellbeing.

    Cons

Severely limited by technology, it's really bad. Also, the style of management it tends to reward is upwards management, rather than trying to get the most out of the people who work for them (but that's a problem with narrow performance scorecards and lack of incentive to assist those below you in their development).

I worked at National Australia Bank for more than 5 years

    Pros

A company that focuses on people, great and flexible environment, high moral employees, benefits and equality.

    Cons

The HR department does not support you if you are bullied. Their main priority is to protect the company's brand and many cases are settled behind close door with the inclusion of lawyers and union members.
