    1) Good salary and benefits 2) Generous holiday and leaves

    Cons

    1) Lack of clear requirements in job application 2) Expectation is that you perform at expert level from day 1. If you have that, all good, if not it is a living hell 3) They are evil organization, manifest in having Mike Bried in the higher ups.
