I worked at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Huge organisation means easier to jump between depts. - Decent Starting Salaries (if you are in the right area)

    Cons

    - Lots of dirty politics - V Cut-throat. Personal life can easily be lost - Company culture and the way bonuses are assessed - Everyone (even people from same teams) seem to be working against each other rather than with.

I have been working at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Consistent values supporting community responsibility and best value for customers, work-life balance, flexible working environment, pursuit of excellence

    Cons

My perspective (level 4 position) may be skewed more positively than more junior positions. I have had some feedback from others that there is less flexibility, etc for level 1 and 2 positions. However many of the pros would remain true for all staff.
