    Work Flexibility Facilities Tools and technology availability Absolutely amazing for people who want to retire

    No Learning & improvement Too many people simply existing in the payroll for decades, not learning or implementing anything new, not letting others learn, implement or progress. Not a place to have a career and expect challenging work.

    You don’t really have to do any work. Most people say they are working from home and then do no work

    Cons

    They think they are agile but they aren’t. If you like achieving outcomes you will hate it here.
