    Pros

    Culture Good work life balance for most junior positions, but ramps up quickly as you gain tenure. Salaries at or above market (CBA usually give you a title prior to adjusting your salary upwards, with NAB it’s concurrent)

    Cons

    Like any large corporate, slow to move KYC process Historical underinvestment in technology (e.g. next gen)

    I worked at National Australia Bank for less than a year

    Pros

    modern facilities, good wages and friendly and approachable management. good working conditions. no flexible working arrangement as a contractor experience a different working culture and learn a lot of new skills

    Cons

    majority of roles are contract and very few employees are offered full time employment. KPI's to meet and a lot of pressure to meet them. micro management highly profit driven promote a flexible working arrangement but in reality this is available in a limited capacity.
