    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Natwest full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Flexibility with time off especially for health issues or emergencies. Availability to work from home

    Cons

The pros are very dependant on sympathetic managers. A lot of jobs will not allow wfh however this is to be expected. Growth is limited and whilst the company has a decent (not perfect) balance of male/female, they pay lip service to BAME at anything above App A grades. SLT is a white wash.

    Advice to Management

Yes people have noticed your lack of ethnic minorities in leadership.
