    Pros

    New NWNA CEO with good business sense and great attitude. He holds Executives accountable and is making positive changes.
    Moving toward alignment with other U.S. businesses.
    Benefits keep getting better.

    Cons

    Change is hard and there are still some with old company mentality.

    Advice to Management

    It is critical to have the very best people to be successful. Determine if those in the "old regime" have the right capabilities and attitude to help drive success.

    Pros

    Absolutely the best employer that I have had period. Things can be shaky at times, but I wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world. I absolutely love it.

    Cons

    Leadership's inability to disclose 💯 percent about the future at the Dallas plant, which leads to an uneasiness among employees. Other than that this is an awesome place of employment. I absolutely love my job.

    Advice to Management

    Just be honest with employees about which direction that the company is going. We love Nestle and I for one am fully committed to my job.

    Pros

    Pay and benefits are not bad. Branch management tries to work with employees when they need time off. Safety is always a priority.

    Cons

    Branch Management does not have much control over daily operations. Everything comes down from corporate and the communication process is horrible. Usually when something is first rolled out, it is incorrect. Much of the operating protocol doesn't make sense. Your daily workload is excessive and is always routed inefficiently. Work/Home balance is tough because you come home exhausted.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together! Make things easier for your employees not harder! Most importantly, LISTEN to your employees! They are your front line eyes and ears!

    Pros

    Recently got 2 pay raises in less than a year. Started with company in January 2018 at $13/hr. (Thats with an OSHA Certification) Got a raise to $15.03 in June then a 18% payraise effective January 2019. Starting pay for new hires is now $18.25/hr. Which upsets incumbents of 5 or more years seniority. They only got a 59 cent raise. Excellent benefits

    Passive approach to employee concerns, Lackadaisical supervision, Tribal mindset

    Advice to Management

    Invest in more comprehensive diversity training. No one likes to be referred to in a derogatory way, It's a productivity killer.
