    - Management Micro manage the hell out of you
    - Have no faith in employees they hire to do their job
    - Outdated decor, products and delivery method
    - Work your butt off to make a sale only to have the course cancelled

    Advice to Management

    stop chasing money and start looking after your employees

    Stop and think why you have such a high rate of staff turnover

    Stop making staff overcall potential customers- chill, if your product was good you wouldnt have to overcall and annoy people

    Model is bad, micro management model, very bad culture, never worked at a more unprofessional place.

    Pros

    They really need to spruce their offices. All their staff have no idea of what they are doing and senior management micro manage their staff its more of a cult than a job

    Cons

    this place needs a good wash and professionalism never work here. you wont get paid and the product isnt the best

    Advice to Management

    the training facilities are very poor. Their equipment is very poor and they never pay on time they need a renovation and everything new really bad environment and their staff all need training and some grooming issues worse place i have ever worked

    Excellent training on sales and overall business acumen.
    Supportive and focused on everyones professional development.

    Cons

    Rigid structure.
    Out of date technology (Database, CRM, CPUs).
    Senior Management recently changed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the focus on the company on the people an their development. They will be the ones to drive the company to success.

    Enjoyed Selling the Training Programs, they are offer great options for certifications and licensure

    Job was depending up on State and Federal Funding sources.

    Advice to Management

    Do Not lay people off right before Christmas. A company who values their employees will practice a transition in job after the holiday. That is quality business practice, not a few days before Christmas. That's bad business practice
