I worked at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This position is great for nurturing you on how to research and use LinkedIn, provides you an insight on what certifications do, and you're able to get free study material for any certification of your choosing. This role is a great entry level position for anyone getting into tech or software sales.

    Cons

The training is not the best. It's more of a sit you down and see if you'll sink or sail. It's not a position where you can give management advice or suggestions.

    Advice to Management

Improve your on-board training and be open to take advice and suggestions.

I have been working at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are mostly wonderful people that you enjoy talking to. Pay is good. A good work/life balance is something that they educate their employees about. Management is compassionate and is more than willing to work with you, when you have personal issues/medical issues/etc going on. Overall, I can honestly say that this is the best place I've worked. I look forward to going to work every morning.

    Cons

Other than working with difficult people sometimes (which you deal with everywhere), there's really not a lot of negative feedback that I have to give.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Keep working on the culture and keep bringing in great people to join the team. Thank you for creating a place where I enjoy working.
