I have been working at New Western full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fast paced environment where you learn the ins and outs of real estate very quick. Good pay if you work hard.

    Cons

Start from the bottom and hope to work your way up. Lots of favoritism and too much office politics. Lots of arrogance and ignorance from many employees makes the office environment hard to work in at times.

I have been working at New Western full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The fast-paced environment makes for an fun and dynamic work place. Unlike many other Real Estate companies, New Western has made it possible to feel like anything is achievable with hard work and dedication. There is a limitless amount of earning potential and the amount of networking you get will set your career forward for years to come.

    Cons

This company is not the type of place you can just sit behind a desk browsing the internet and think you will be able to make a paycheck. As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator, my job is a lot different than anyone else in the office but no matter your position within the company; you get what you put in!

I have been working at New Western full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Unique and fun company culture. Fast-paced and exciting environment/transactions. Healthy competition between coworkers. Hard work results in rewards and acknowledgment.

    Cons

Must be able to thrive in a stressful environment. To be successful with 100% commission you have to put in the extra work.

I worked at New Western for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fast paced work environment with semi-flexible schedule. All commission allows you to be the captain of your destiny or go broke if you're lazy. Fun, frat house style brokerage with many general managers in their 20's so there is never a lack of happy hours. Lot's of money to be made in their less saturated markets.

    Cons

Corporation is growing very quickly and allows time to move up quickly IF you work for the right general manager. Some managers will keep the ceiling over you short so if you're looking to make lots of money unrestricted, go for a less Napoleon style boss.

I have been working at New Western full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Love the fast paced work environment and the people I work with. I have been with the company for less than a year but I have felt welcomed and supported from the outset. Business model and product provide an amazing platform for success.

    Cons

Position requires hard work and diligence. This is not a downside of the job but rather a requirement. You get what you put in!

I have been working at New Western

    Pros

New Western is a great company to work for, it is a fast paced environment that will teach you all you need to know about investment real estate. There is uncapped earnings and growth potential. I get to determine my own success through the work I put in. I am never tied down to my desk like I would be at a regular 9-5 job and have a ton of flexibility in my schedule. I love coming to work everyday because I get to do what I love to do with great people. Getting into real estate right out of college has been the best career move I could have ever made and it wouldn't have been possible had it not been for New Western Acquisitions.

    Cons

I have no cons to mention, but there is a steep learning curve that can make starting out a challenge if you don't put in the effort it takes to make it.
