I have been working at New Western full-time for more than a year

    Pros

New Western is a very incredible and unique work experience, it is something you will never regret as long as you come and work hard, put your nose to the grindstone, you will never look back. If you ever thought about taking a commission only job this is it. No ceiling on how much you can earn. Awesome and fun work environment with company outings etc.

    Cons

Nothing I can put here other than, if you are not willing to come in day one and hit the ground running and never stop then it may not be for you, but the benefits of this job / company are unlike anything else.

    Pros

Great work environment where everyone is very friendly and genuinely want's you to succeed and will help you whenever they can. It is not an easy job by any means but you can make a lot of money if you put in the work. You can come and go as you please so long as you are doing well at your job.

    Cons

100% commission can be tough and stressful to handle at times.

I worked at New Western full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Your income is not capped, very flexible schedule, amazing work environment, family friendly atmosphere, constant support from your broker and team, opportunities to travel for trainings, and freedom to work from home if needed.

    Cons

Commission only which means inconsistent income and no benefits...your income is dependent upon your personal effort so if you fall short, there's no excuse if you don't put the work in.

I have been working at New Western full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Surrounded by like-minded individuals all striving to get to the next level in life. The best work environment I have ever encountered. The opportunities are limitless if you can focus and show up to work. Those who don't succeed lack the work ethic, drive, and passion to make it in the industry. Individuals that are content with mediocre or come in feeling entitled to instant success will fail quickly. 5 figure monthly paychecks are becoming more and more average. The income potential in this position are insane.

    Cons

None to note. If you don't strive to be better everyday you'll fail, as in all areas of life.

    Pros

Company culture, work environment, you control your own success. I work in the Lewisville office and my GM is great

    Cons

it's definitely not for everyone. If you're not willing to come in and commit, working long hours and putting in a lot of effort, it's probably not going to be a good fit for you

I worked at New Western full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have worked for Dek Bake at New Western Long Beach for the past 2 years. It has been an awesome experience. This was my first full-time real estate job and I have learned so much. Dek provided great leads and the tools to become a successful agent. The work environment was awesome, I will be friends with the coworkers I had at New Western for a long time. I closed over 60 transactions while working here, and I learned something new through every one. This was the best two years of my life. Thank you Dek Bake for this opportunity.

    Cons

There are no cons to working here!
