      Pros

      Traineeprogram - Room for "learning on the job" with continues courses during the year. Everything from more technical to leadership oriented etc.

      Cons

      Technical courses were generic .NET and not specific for the consultant role.

      Pros

      The professionals were all good and friendly, very experienced and helpful. I learned a lot from them and was able to contribute more, as they were open to suggestions and improvements. The salary was also good.

      Cons

      The only thing I didn't like about it was that the office was too far away from where I lived.
